A simulater game, similar to SimCity. RT2 is more difficult and simpler than SimCity. The graphics are excellent, and you can distinguish different trains, cities, and even buildings. Gameplay is also good for simulater fans, though it is sometimes frustrating. The music is pretty good, about as good as SimCity 2000 and better than 3000. The sounds are few and far between, but the few that are there are pretty good.
Graphics: 9.0 Above what you would expect for a sim game, but not incredible.
Gameplay: 8.5 Simple to learn, difficult to master.
Replay Value: 9.0 Addictive, but after a while it becomes boring.
Music/Sound: 8.0 Good music combined with occasional sound.
Average: 8.6 Easily worth consideration by sim fans, but not by anyone else.
